Liferaft, Lifeboat, and Rescue Boat Davits need, during the design, of conservative parameters compared with the standard cranes and davits, to satisfy the Solas requirements and the rules for the certification like Lloyd.

The Davits in carbon fiber are ideal for clients that need of a product very light as, example, an installation on military fast boat.

It is what we show in this page.

It is a project of a rescue boat slewing davit for the Coast Guard of a foreign client.

the result is a product extremely lighter compared with similar products.

Basic technical specification and properties:

The frame of the davits are built in carbon fiber to have the max lightness;
SWL ( Safe Working Load) Max 1,200 Kg
Again for reason of weight, slewing, hoisting are in aluminium and electrically operated with gravity lowering.
All electric motors are of class B insulation and are of a marine type. IP 56 rating.
